📦 SHIPPING POLICY

At Revel, we aim to provide quick, safe, and reliable delivery of your favorite products straight to your doorstep.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. In case of high demand, sale events, or natural delays, processing may take slightly longer, but we always strive to keep you informed.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Major Cities: 2-4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3-5 working days
    (Delivery may vary based on courier service and location.)

3. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on orders above a specific amount (as mentioned on banners or during promotions). Standard shipping charges apply otherwise and are shown during checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via SMS/Email. You can use it to track your order status online.


🔄 RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the nature of personal care products, especially hair color products, we do not offer returns or exchanges once the seal is broken or the packaging is tampered with. This policy ensures hygiene and safety for all customers.

However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Damaged, Expired, or Wrong Product
If you receive:

  • A damaged or leaked item

  • A wrong product delivered

  • A product near or past expiry

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear pictures of the parcel and item to our support team.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Complaint must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must share unboxing video or photo proof for verification

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened items

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Orders with wrong color selection by the customer

  • Items without proof of damage (no video/pictures)

4. Refund Process
Once approved, refunds are processed via bank transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days.

5. Exchange (If Applicable)
If stock is available and the return is approved, we'll dispatch the exchange item without any additional shipping cost.
